2010 Robotics and Autonomous Systems Student Forum

The 2010 Robotics and Autonomous Systems Student Forum (CAS Winter School) will be held in Sydney on 8-9 July 2010 and is open to high-calibre third and fourth year undergraduate students from engineering and science.  Only fifteen students will be accepted, allowing plenty of opportunity for personal interaction with the experts in this exciting and rapidly-developing area.

The objective of the forum is to provide an insight into Australia's leading autonomous systems group, the ARC Centre of Excellence for Autonomous Systems (CAS). The projects and teaching conducted by CAS cover a broad range of areas, from sea and land, to air and space. Many projects fuse innovative research and development from academia with industry.

The programme will comprise talks by leading academics in addition to hands-on activities.  CAS will provide accommodation and travel awards for students from Australian universities to attend the workshop, and accommodation-only awards for students traveling internationally. To apply please download and complete the application form and submit to 0e082c1b46653443676d12520f211b1d1531611640  Applications should also include a CV and academic transcripts.
